Hello from Buzznerd Trucks!
Last week, we had the privilege of attending one of the most dynamic industry events – the 2023 Karmak Conference & Expo. And folks, it was quite the party! With over 400 enthusiastic attendees, 6 top-tier OEMs, and a showcase of 50+ innovative vendors, it was a Karmak gathering for the books.
The iconic St. Louis Union Station hotel served as the perfect backdrop for all the learning, networking, and yes – a bit of fun! Between connecting with industry peers, thought leaders, and innovative vendors, we were kept on our toes. And, of course, the 60+ sessions ensured a treasure trove of fresh insights and strategies to serve our community and clients better.
One of the many highlights was Karmak’s CEO, Mr. Jim Allen, sharing the company’s core values and commitments. His proud announcement about Karmak becoming a wholly employee-owned entity resonated with many, highlighting the company’s dedication and forward-thinking approach.
On a note important to us here at Buzznerd Trucks, it was heartening to hear Karmak’s steadfast focus on cybersecurity. At Buzznerd Trucks, we’re on the same page, believing that securing our digital world is paramount.
Now, let’s talk about the fun bits! As the days turned to nights, the energy didn’t wane. The expansive Armory venue came alive with the rocking beats of a live 80’s cover band. One other night we had dueling pianists! What better way to unwind and celebrate than with some groovy tunes?
